I appreciate that they seem to care about fair trade and supporting cocoa farmers, and I think a lot of customers will like that too. The chocolate itself was good, but I wasn’t totally blown away. I just wish the website had a bit more clear information, because people like me who care about where their chocolate comes from probably want those details upfront.

The flavor was okay overall, nothing amazing but not bad either. What bothered me more was the texture, it felt a little gritty and took longer to melt than I expected. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I never really trust that they'll do much besides send a generic reply, so I just figured I'd mention it here

Trying to pay was kind of frustrating. The payment page froze on me twice, and after the second time I started wondering if they were hoping I’d just give up or maybe not notice something in the process. Could’ve just been a glitch, but it didn’t leave a great impression

The order arrived without any issues, and the chocolate still tasted okay overall. I just feel like it used to be better, a couple of the bars seemed a little dry and not as fresh as I remember. Not terrible by any means, but I was a bit disappointed. I’d probably give it another try, just hoping the next batch is fresher

My order turned up with one bar missing, which was a bit frustrating because it was supposed to be part of a gift. I remember noticing it while the kettle was boiling, weirdly, because I’d laid everything out on the kitchen counter to check it.

I emailed them and they got back to me the next day, then sent the missing one out without making it complicated. Not ideal that it wasn’t right the first time, but they handled it well in the end, so I’d give them 4 stars.
